On the verge of outgrowing their charming Gold Coast condo, this young family came to us with the challenge of converting a two-bedroom unit into a three-bedroom without compromising function or design. We gladly accepted the challenge and designed spaces that suited each family member perfectly. The result was a seamless blend of the condo's historic details and an updated layout that actually made the spaces feel larger. The addition of a jack + jill bathroom tied the rooms together and this is now a condo that will serve the family for years to come.
