When you get the chance to re-design a condo in the historic Playboy Mansion in Chicago's Gold Coast you don't hesitate.  Keeping in mind this family had small children yet loved to entertain and keep formal spaces, we designed rooms that felt elegant and approachable.  A complete re-vamp of the interior and exterior spaces of this home allowed the family to maximize space, and have rooms that functioned well both day and night.

Bathroom renovations, custom mill work, room re-configurations and an updated yet traditional design made this condo a home even Heff would have been proud of.
